  • Provisional booking

    Rooms cannot be provisionally booked. Please book via our booking platform. Your booking will be confirmed once you have entered your card details.

    You will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail.

  • Breakfast rate

    Breakfast is available as an option to see the prices click here



  • Payments

    The payment will be made upon arrival at the ecolodge.

    We accept cash and money wires in Euros and Moroccan dirhams and the payments with Visa card. The payment will be made upon arrival of the clients, this excludes any items consumed during your stay.

  • Cancelation

    Cancellation fees for individual reservations are as follows:


    Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the stay: free of charge.

    Cancellation 8 to 15 days before the start of the stay: Cancellation fees are 50% of the cost of the booking.

    Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the start of the stay: Cancellation fees are 80% of the cost of the booking.

    Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay: Full cost of the booking is charged.

    These conditions do not apply to group bookings, please contact us for details.

  • Taxes

    Prices include VAT. However, tourist taxes are additional and payable at the ecolodge reception. These are passed on in whole to the government administration and do not concern ecolodge services.



ROOMS

  • Room characteristics

    The ecolodge has 12 rooms : 8 double or twin rooms, one triple room and 3 family suites.

    The rooms are spacious ranging from 30 m2 to 55 m2.



  • Check-In/Check-Out times

    We do our utmost to minimise your waiting time.

    If your room was not occupied the night before, it will be ready in the morning of your arrival.

    Otherwise we will make every effort to make it available as soon as possible after meticulous cleaning.

    Departing guests must clear their rooms by 11am at the latest, so that they can be ready for arriving guests by 3pm.

  • Late departure

    Depending on arrivals, it may be possible to keep the room on the afternoon of departure. Please ask at reception on the day of departure.



  • Heating / Air Conditioning

    Upper rooms in the towers and the family rooms are fitted with air conditioner and heater combos.

    Standard and traditional rooms are provided with a free-standing heater or fan.

    Cancellation fees for individual bookings are as follows:

  • Bathrooms

    The bathrooms are decorated with Tadelakt plaster. They include a washbasin, shower and shaving mirror.

    A hairdryer is available on request at reception.

    We supply a block of traditional soap, black soap, plant-based shampoo and ghassoul.

  • View from rooms

    All rooms and suites have a panoramic view of the Argan woodland. Tower rooms have a view in two directions.

DINING

  • Restaurant opening times

    The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8am to 10:30am, lunch from midday to 2pm and dinner from 7pm to 9pm. Lunches and dinners must be booked in advance that morning because all meals are prepared from fresh food.

    If you require dinner on the day of arrival, please notify us by e-mail the night before at the latest.

  • Menus

    All meals are set menus of Moroccan cuisine.



  • Breakfast

    Breakfast is served in the restaurant not in rooms.



  • Restaurants in Agadir

    We can provide recommendations for restaurants in Agadir.



  • Special diets

    We offer a vegetarian option every day and can provide vegan meals for several days. Please specify on booking.



  • Menus for non-resident guests

    A menu is available for non-resident guests. Choices must be confirmed the day before by e-mail or telephone.



  • Closure of the outside gate

    The outside gate is closed from 11pm. Please return to the ecolodge before this time.

    The various activities we offer should be booked at reception the day before at the latest. Please contact us for the list of activities and rates.



  • Pool

    The pool is a salt-water pool, access is included. It is open all year round from 7am to 7pm. It is unheated.

  • Excursions

    We can receive groups of up to thirty people in our 12 rooms and suites.

    You can book rooms or exclusively hire the whole ecolodge.

    The ecolodge is a non-smoking establishment. However, ashtrays are available on terraces where smoking is permitted.

  • Laundry

    We can take your laundry and ironing and return it the next day.

  • Towels

    We supply towels in the bathrooms and others by the pools. They are for use in the ecolodge and must not be taken to the beach.

  • Reception

    Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Luggage room

    A luggage room is available at reception if you arrive before your room is ready or if you wish to leave your luggage after moving out of your room. This service is free of charge.

  • Pets

    Sorry we cannot accept pets.
